2 Day Tsavo East Safari
Day 1 – Nairobi to Tsavo East National Park
Depart Nairobi early in the morning and drive along the Nairobi–Mombasa highway to Tsavo East National Park, one of Kenya’s largest and oldest parks. Enter the park through one of the main gates and begin your first game drive while heading to the lodge or camp for check-in and lunch. In the afternoon enjoy another game drive in search of the famous red elephants of Tsavo, lions, giraffes, zebras, buffalo, and many other wildlife species. Visit scenic locations such as Aruba Dam, a popular spot where animals gather to drink. Dinner and overnight at the lodge or camp.
Day 2 – Morning Game Drive | Return to Nairobi
Enjoy an early morning game drive when wildlife is most active and the park is at its most peaceful. This is a great time to spot elephants, antelopes, and possibly predators returning from the night’s hunt. After breakfast check out and enjoy a final short game drive as you exit the park. Begin the journey back to Nairobi, arriving in the afternoon.
